The B.E.S. department offers comprehensive programs designed to provide both a solid theoretical framework and practical application across four pivotal business disciplines: Accounting, Finance, Information Systems Management, and Management. Students have the flexibility to pursue either a Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or minor in any of
those four subjects.
In addition to our core disciplines, we also offer minors in Economics and
Entrepreneurship, providing students with a well-rounded understanding of the economic landscape and the innovative spirit essential for entrepreneurial success.

Simbaa, Lincoln University’s Magazine of the Arts, is published annually in the spring, and features poetry, fiction, essays, art, and photography. The magazine presents the black student experience as both serious and fun, noble and joyous, giving voice to a community that has been historically underrepresented in mainstream publications. For Simbaa’s readers and contributors, the journal becomes a memento of their time at America’s first degree-granting HBCU, a testament to the school’s diverse and ever-evolving artistic attitude.
