Mission
Gentlemen Qualities is an organization founded on the campus of the Lincoln University of
Pennsylvania on the date of April 7th
, 2012 by Mr. Kristopher Troy Byes, that aimed to help
the African-American males on campus evolve into men of integrity, by demonstrating
chivalry, the ability to be considerate of all those they encounter and being open to
continuous personal growth. The selected Board Members of the organization will be
known as incarnate displays of a proper outcome of the right guidance, training, and
understanding from on-campus and off- campus influences. Gentlemen Qualities was not
incorporated to modify those gentlemen we encounter; but to improve on the talents and
skills that they already embody and occupy. Gentlemen Qualities is seeking to enable the
growth and pursuit of manhood with professional growth, proper development, and the
want to continue to aid and service males of both African- American decent and other
cultures on all campuses across the country. We will educate the males of Universities and
Colleges in both a social, personal, and academic environment, to build upon their personal
endeavors, while giving them all the needed skills for the professional world and their
domestic relationships. During its time of being an organization on Lincoln University’s
campus, Gentlemen Qualities has strived to make all the males on campus understand and
learn key structures in rebuilding the campus’ rapport amongst ourselves, faculty and staff,
while giving other institutions of higher education a phenomenal guideline to achieving
academic and professional excellence. No matter the arena place or conflict faced,
Gentlemen Qualities will allow the praise and acknowledgement of outstanding
achievements to be shown for inspiration and motivation to those who need it to continue
to strive for success.
