Peer Mentors are experienced Lincoln University students who help new Lions successfully transition to college. As part of the Lincoln Legacy Experience (LLE), they serve as leaders, mentors, and role models by guiding first-year students, answering questions, connecting them to campus resources, and helping them feel supported and involved.

Each Peer Mentor leads a Den of new students, builds community through programs and check-ins, and works alongside faculty and staff to help students succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Through their leadership and support, Peer Mentors help create a welcoming environment where every new Lion can thrive.
