Our mission is to help students come alive with a kingdom encounter by uncovering their true purpose through the transformative power of God's Word. “Therefore He says: ‘Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light.’”(Ephesians 5:14) By teaching and guiding this community through the Word of God, they will first experience the active and redeeming love of Jesus Christ, and then be empowered and equipped to be a light and a positive impact on those around them. This organization is designed to foster meaningful connections and build a stronger, more unified campus community through fellowship, worship, and prayer.

Alpha Phi Omega is the single most represented gender inclusive service organization in the United States. Since 1925, more than 525,000 members on over 375 campuses, continue to provide more service on more campuses than any other collegiate service organization.

It is the vision of Alpha Phi Omega to create inclusive communities for a more peaceful world in which to make a life, by developing leaders, uniting members through friendship and rendering service to all.

This statement is the North Star for everything we do. Our students, volunteers, elected leaders, professional staff and partners are asked to unite under this vision and seek ways to support its achievement.

This is essential to the longevity, impact and effectiveness of Alpha Phi Omega. Re-examining our purpose, values and how we engage future leaders and provide service. As well as examining what the future might hold for our organization and its members, is critical to continue sharing the Cardinal Principles into the next 100 years.

Alpha Phi Omega teaches through the principles of Leadership, Friendship and Service that we are architects of our own ambitions and that each of us has the opportunity to develop ourselves to be whatever we seek to be.

Mission
Gentlemen Qualities is an organization founded on the campus of the Lincoln University of
Pennsylvania on the date of April 7th
, 2012 by Mr. Kristopher Troy Byes, that aimed to help
the African-American males on campus evolve into men of integrity, by demonstrating
chivalry, the ability to be considerate of all those they encounter and being open to
continuous personal growth. The selected Board Members of the organization will be
known as incarnate displays of a proper outcome of the right guidance, training, and
understanding from on-campus and off- campus influences. Gentlemen Qualities was not
incorporated to modify those gentlemen we encounter; but to improve on the talents and
skills that they already embody and occupy. Gentlemen Qualities is seeking to enable the
growth and pursuit of manhood with professional growth, proper development, and the
want to continue to aid and service males of both African- American decent and other
cultures on all campuses across the country. We will educate the males of Universities and
Colleges in both a social, personal, and academic environment, to build upon their personal
endeavors, while giving them all the needed skills for the professional world and their
domestic relationships. During its time of being an organization on Lincoln University’s
campus, Gentlemen Qualities has strived to make all the males on campus understand and
learn key structures in rebuilding the campus’ rapport amongst ourselves, faculty and staff,
while giving other institutions of higher education a phenomenal guideline to achieving
academic and professional excellence. No matter the arena place or conflict faced,
Gentlemen Qualities will allow the praise and acknowledgement of outstanding
achievements to be shown for inspiration and motivation to those who need it to continue
to strive for success.

We, the members of Inferno Dance Company, seek to promote a positive image of our organization by encouraging meaningful activities, community service projects, trust, reliability, friendship, and a genuine love for our organization and the people we serve. We strive to honor Lincoln University and its rich heritage and history while developing into productive undergraduates during our time on campus and contributing alumni after graduation.
The Executive Board members of Inferno Dance Company are elected to represent the interests of our members and organization. We are committed to participating in community service initiatives, organizational programs, and University events. We also seek opportunities to collaborate with the Student Government Association to better understand its role in serving the student body and to develop the leadership skills necessary to make a meaningful impact on campus.
As Executive Board members, we recognize that each position requires diligence, character, accountability, commitment, and the qualities reflected in effective leadership. As students of the first Historically Black College and University, we understand that it can be easy to become overwhelmed by the many activities, responsibilities, and new experiences that come with the college journey. Inferno Dance Company provides a space where students can discover their leadership potential, pursue campus involvement, and build valuable relationships and professional networks.
We want every member to have the opportunity to tell their story through movement while connecting with other dance organizations through competitions, classes, workshops, and collaborative experiences. We aim to celebrate and preserve the culture of dance not only at Lincoln University but throughout the broader HBCU community.
Through unity, cleanliness, discipline, and strength, we represent the passion, pride, and energy that define us.
We are the heat. We are the movement. We are Inferno!

Poetry isn’t always meant to be understood but meant to be felt, it allows you to be heard and use your voice to have influence, impact and individuality. Poetry is unfiltered and unmasked, it gives you the space to be blunt. Permission to say the things people believe you should keep to yourself because that conversation is too deep or too painful.

Voice of resistance is the center of Lead by Example meaning walking into rooms people believe your presence serves no purpose. Coming into contact with things you didn’t think was in arms reach. Speaking when people think you should be silent and inserting your opinion on things people count you out of and believe what you have to say is irrelevant.
