    Lincoln University students have free 24/7 access to licensed mental health providers through TimelyCare, offering on-demand counseling, scheduled therapy, health coaching, psychiatry referrals, and more—all available anytime, anywhere, at no cost.     Up to 12 solution-focused sessions per year; in-person or virtual via SACE.

    Individual Counseling: Confidential sessions for stress, anxiety, grief, relationships, and life transitions.

    • Group Counseling: Connect with peers, share experiences, and build resilience.
    • Referrals & Connections: Access community and campus resources (Health Services, Accessibility, Career, Chaplain, etc.).
    • Workshops & Outreach: Attend mental health events and wellness education sessions.
