Fees for Supplies & Services

Most services are free! Some specialized tests and vaccines have a small fee.
CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS WILL HAVE CHARGES BILLED TO THEIR ACCOUNTS FOR SOME SERVICES.

  • Appointments & Physicals

    • Physician or Nurse Appointment: No Charge
    • Study Abroad Physicals: No Charge (Travel clinic may require vaccines/medications)
    • General Physicals: No Charge
    • Athletic Physicals: No Charge
    • Dressing Changes: No Charge

  • Diagnostic & Screening Tests

    • COVID-19 Rapid Test: $10
    • Flu A/B Rapid Test: $10
    • Mono Screen: $10
    • Strep A Rapid: $10
    • Urine STD Screening (Chlamydia/Gonorrhea): $20 (Free Screenings offered each semester)
    • Urine, Pregnancy, Stool Tests: $10 (Free pregnancy self-test at several locations on campus)

  • Treatments & Medications

    • Breathing Treatment (Albuterol via Nebulizer): $10
    • Prescription Medications (given at time of visit): $10
    • Depo-Provera Injections: No Charge (Student must supply medication)
    • Allergy Injections: No Charge (Serum + instructions required; physician hours only; 20 min. observation)

  • Immunizations

    • Hepatitis B (3 shots): $80 each
    • MMR (2 shots): $100 each
    • Meningococcal (Meningitis): $200
    • Tdap (Tetanus): $40
    • Tuberculosis (PPD + reading): $30
    • Varivax / Varicella (2 shots): $130 each
